Holes will be drilled and house will be warm when you arrive. Weekends (Friday-Sunday) require 48 hour minimum
rental periods. Friday check-in after Noon and Sunday check-out by 2:00 pm.
Will consider last minute shorter shift rentals
if houses are not booked. All reservations must be secured by a 50% deposit. No refund if cancelled within 10 days of
arrival. No refunds for early departures. Special mid-week rates available Sunday-Thursday.
